Practice notes, logical drawing strokes, unfinished sessions, practical observations, scores and optional learner profiles are stored in IndexedDB on this device. Profiles use a nickname, preferred year and practice goal; no email, birth date, school or location is required. Profiles are not password-protected accounts. Local practice sends none of these records to a database or analytics service. Optional adult accounts can explicitly upload selected nicknames, settings, completed scores and adult-confirmed practical observations to the configured Supabase service. Signing in does not automatically upload data. Worksheet handwriting, red marking, typed worksheet notes and the original question/layout snapshot also stay in this browser; shared links and parent progress sync do not include them. Browser print-to-PDF creates a file on your device. Paper name and date lines are for handwritten use.
Worksheet preferences and the active local learner identifier are saved in localStorage on this device. Page titles and the questions themselves are not stored as preferences.
No advertising scripts are used by this application. When configured for a public release, Cloudflare Web Analytics measures aggregate visits and performance on adult information and worksheet catalogue pages. It is excluded from learning, individual worksheets, handwriting, progress, account, feedback and administration pages. URLs containing query parameters or fragments and visits arriving from sensitive pages are excluded; browser no-tracking preferences are respected. Learning records and profile data are not supplied to the analytics script. Optional adult sign-in stores an authentication session in browser storage; identity providers may use their own cookies during sign-in. The hosting provider processes ordinary web requests; the operator must document its provider and applicable retention terms before public launch.
History and handwritten worksheets remain until you erase them or your browser removes them. You can clear this site’s data through browser settings. When My Progress is available, it also provides score export and local erasure; erasing Guest data includes anonymous handwritten worksheets. Worksheet drawings are excluded from learner score exports. Scratchpad notes are cleared as you advance to the next question. Private browsing and blocked storage can prevent saving.
A shared worksheet URL includes only generation and curriculum settings, never a learner nickname or identifier. Avoid identifying information in notes. Completed-score backups omit scratchpad notes; learner backups include nicknames and profile settings, so keep exported files in a suitable place.
Optional adult sign-in and explicit progress sync are available when the operator configures the account service. Advertising is not enabled. Raw notes, drawings and unfinished drafts stay on the device. Delete local copies in My Progress and cloud copies or the adult account in Adult account; deletion in one place does not erase copies elsewhere.
Feedback and enquiries
When you send a report, its message, optional adult email address, page, problem text and reproduction settings are sent to the configured Supabase service. They are visible only to site administrators. Your learner profile, answers, notes and handwriting are not attached. An email address is optional and is used only to follow up. The operator can mark, resolve or delete reports. Closed reports and contact details are intended to be deleted within 180 days; technical audit entries record status changes without retaining message text or email.
Reporting uses Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention when configured in production. It processes ordinary device and network information for verification. The report service uses a daily salted network-address hash for limits; raw network addresses are not stored in the report database. Limit records expire after two days. Hosting and security providers may retain ordinary request logs under their own terms.
