Numihana is currently provided by an individual, free of charge, as a supplementary learning tool. It is not a school, examination service or professional educational advice service.
Accuracy, availability and your use
Questions, answers and software may contain errors. The operator does not promise that every exercise is error-free, that the service will always be available, or that using it will produce a particular learning outcome or examination result. Parents and teachers should check materials before using or distributing them, and supervise practical activities. Please report suspected mistakes using Report a problem.
Do not use practice scores as an official assessment, or rely on an exercise alone when making an important educational decision. Keep copies of work you need; browser storage can be removed by the browser or by clearing site data.
Responsibility and limits
The service is intended for personal and classroom practice. The operator does not accept responsibility for business losses such as lost profit, lost teaching income or business interruption, or promise compensation for failing to achieve a particular learning or examination result. These limits apply only where the law allows them.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Your applicable statutory and consumer rights are not affected. Free provision does not remove responsibilities imposed by law.
